Glowmode is a B2B skincare app that solves the skincare industry's biggest problem, client non-adherence to skincare therapies. By helping clients build consistent routine habits and receive ongoing post-sales support, it keeps clients motivated and stays on track with their beauty progress.
The app integrates all key client touchpoints from beauty clinics into one seamless experience - beauty program tracking, personalized skincare routines, direct esthetician-client communication, clinic visit notes, and more. For businesses, it drives success by building client trusts, real-time progress tracking, and staying informed of client needs.

As the Founding Product Designer, I partnered directly with the CEO to translate strategic vision into a user-centered digital product. My contributions included:User Research & Journey Mapping: Identified and analyzed client and clinic needs, then mapped user flows to uncover friction points and opportunities.
