Redesigned to open with the firm’s introduction and design philosophy, followed by a global project map and a cohesive narrative that traces its legacy through to today’s most technologically advanced works, this comprehensive brochure embodies the clean, crisp, and enduring design principles the firm seeks to convey to its high-end clientele around the world.
I took the initiative to design the firm’s Visual Branding Guideline after identifying inconsistencies in the firm’s marketing materials. Since the rebranding in 2019, no formal guideline had been established, and some long-tenured staff still resonate strongly with the old brand. The new guideline has since become the cornerstone of all visual communication efforts, ensuring a consistent brand across all marketing materials. All stationery designs have been updated, printed, and adopted firm-wide, reinforcing the new brand identity and driving alignment across teams.

Designed for a client meeting regarding a potential residential project in New York City, this presentation successfully advanced the lead. The firm is now in the process of finalizing a contract for a luxury condominium in the heart of Manhattan.
China Science Academy - Architectural Concept Presentation
This presentation package was part of the initial architectural design sent to the client for concept pitching. I designed the presentation package and assisted in producing architectural diagrams. My design seamlessly integrated the design narrative with the diagrams, illustrating the evolution of the idea step by step. The package effectively conveyed the design vision and played a pivotal role in winning the project bid.
